Last Saturday Beast Code, in coordination with the HSU Educational Foundation, hosted more than 20 local elementary, middle, and high school students. Each student got a tour of the company and was able to ask employees questions about our culture, the work we do, and what path they took to the role they are working in today.
Afterwards, with the help our friendly R2D2 robots, the students were able to learn some programming. The goal was to get their team’s robot through the maze while also collecting “coins” along the way.
We hope everyone had a wonderful time and appreciate all of our volunteers who made the event possible. Every student got a robot to take home afterwards!
