As a Product Manager at Beast Code, you will be responsible for shaping the development of the most innovative data-driven training platform offered to the US Navy. You will:
Interact with product stakeholders through product demonstrations, customer support personnel, and input from sponsors and business leaders.
Collect feedback to construct and maintain a product backlog that provides clarity and insight to our development teams.
Maintain a roadmap to organize development timelines and product deployments.
Perform the Product Owner role in a scrum team, working with the team to build incremental progress toward an objective, and using bi-directional feedback to maintain the roadmap.
Track profit and loss consumed to develop the product.
A Product Manager at Beast Code must be able to:
Provide clear, timely and information-sensitive product demonstrations.
Maintain an adapting roadmap and backlog.
Identify and communicate an altered scope, time or cost.
Communicate long-term and task-level vision to a development team and stakeholders.
A candidate for this position will be:
Able to achieve and maintain a US secret security clearance.
A clear and confident communicator.
Knowledgeable about the Product Owner role in scrum.
Adaptable to feedback from many sources.
A person with history of managing projects in support of a product.
Able to travel intermittently throughout the year.
A Product Manager at Beast Code will work closely with other Product Managers on overlapping projects. They will travel and communicate remotely with sponsors, users of the platform, and to customer support representatives and deployment engineers.
The Product Manager reports to the CEO and works with a Scrum Team that includes a Scrum Master, software engineers, testers, and DevOps engineers. Performance will be inspected through all relationships at Beast Code regularly by a People Operations Manager.

Ensure the product backlog is clear and effective.
A Scrum Master at Beast Code must be able to:
Understand and communicate scrum and our operational baseline.
Act as a servant leader to the scrum team.
Use and understand metrics to measure the performance of the team.
Understand an IT environment to facilitate self-organization and resolution of impediments.
A candidate for this position should be:
Able to achieve and maintain a US secret security clearance/
A Certified Scrum Master.
A person with a history of acting as a scrum master, a project manager, or a project coordinator with an IT team
Able to handle and resolve conflict.
In possession of a mentality for continuous improvement
The Scrum Master has a strong presence with the scrum team. The scrum team is composed of a dedicated product owner and a development team made up of software engineers, testers, and DevOps engineers.
Scrum Masters operate on an organizational level by reporting to the CEO and working with other Scrum Masters. Performance will be inspected through all relationships at Beast Code regularly by a People Operations Manager.
